Danielle Meldrum

Move Well 2 Live Well is a Sydney based mobile physiotherapy service, who is proud to be an NDIS Provider. MW2LW is founded by a dedicated physiotherapist, Danielle Meldrum, who has always had a passion to help improve the lives of the senior population and people with movement disorders.

Danielle has worked in various NSW Health hospitals, aged care facilities and has helped set up rehabilitation clinics around Australia. Danielle is also a part of the APA NSW Gerontology Committee and is an APA Gerontology Member. After graduation from the University of Newcastle in 2010, Danielle has done further studies in Gerontology and Parkinson’s Disease.

Danielle is highly skilled and qualified, and now provides a mobile physiotherapy service in Sydney’s lower north shore and surrounds. She works closely with her referrers, clients, families, and other service providers such as occupational therapists, nurses, carers, doctors, and service coordinators to ensure a complete home care service is provided.

I am dedicated to all aspects of healthy ageing, and passionate about maximising an older person’s mobility so they can continue to live active and independent lives in the comfort of their own home.

Tom S

Tom is a physiotherapist who has a broad range of experiences and skills. Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2012 he has worked in a number of public hospitals, aged care facilities and private clinics throughout New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. In this time he has developed a particular interest in rehabilitation and respiratory physiotherapy and thrives on helping people achieve their best health. Now back in his hometown of Sydney, Tom wants to share his love of living a healthy lifestyle with as many people as possible.
